"Urban Bakery - Goncourt is hands down one of the best bakeries in town! 🥖🥐 Their pastries, bread, and baguettes are absolutely amazing—everything is so fresh and full of flavor. You can never go wrong with a classic pain au chocolat or a buttery croissant, but their options are endless, so there’s always something new to try. The place is always busy, and for good reason—it’s THAT good! A must-visit if you’re in the area!"

"I can’t believe this bakery gets negative reviews! I had the best brioche of my life and the baguette 🥖 was spectacular. The “pain sportif” is a winner too. Looking forward to testing the other products. Friendly service too."

"I’m updating my review following the response of the business and another poor experience. This bakery seems to think that the materials they use not only justifies high prices, but subpar products as well. While I understand that your sandwiches might be made with high quality, locally sourced ingredients, where else are you buying any sandwich that has literally 2 pieces of smoked trout and 2 pieces of lettuce and some butter? Regardless of the price, give your customers a sandwich with some filling to eat. To move to the actual quality of the products, there’s something missing, regardless of the materials they’re made with. Baguettes are flat, and shorter than most other places in the city. Today I bought a meule that was burnt yet still undercooked in the center and flat, and little balls of dough formed when it was cut, a nearly impossible task because the crust was like a rock. The higher than average prices just add insult to injury. This bakery is the closest to my apartment and yet in the future I’ll avoid it. Maybe their one strong point is the long hours they’re open, and every day of the week, meaning I’ll probably still end up there out of necessity. Original Review: Good bread products, but a bit overpriced and the sandwiches are a scam. Almost 7€ for two pieces of smoked trout and two pieces of lettuce."

"Delicious! Only downside is that it’s a bit more expensive than other boulangeries. I recommend la viennoiserie aux amandes."

"I was very happy when it finally opened a good bakery in the neighborhood. The tradition baguette it’s usually very delicious warm and fresh, However I have been there Mondays and Tuesday and I found the opposite, the bread was not very well cooked and cold. I saw there was a lot of bread as they cooked a lot and got cold waiting there. So now when I go there I look before if the breads are just been baked. It’s a shame because the bread it’s usually very good. But no it happened a few times."
